PetSignal is rolling out for iPhone and Android. If you are a tester, use the invite link you were sent. Public download links will appear here once the app is live in the stores.

Is PetSignal free?
Yes. PetSignal is free to use, with no ads.
How do I sign in?
You can sign in with Apple or Google. We use your name and photo so the community can see who reported a pet.
Who can see my phone number?
Your number is hidden. Other users see only masked digits and can tap to call. It is never shown in full.
How do I report a lost pet?
Tap Report a lost pet, add a photo and details, and set where the pet was last seen by searching a suburb, moving the map, or using your current location.
What happens when my pet is found?
Open the case and tap Found. The pet moves to the Found tab as a happy ending, and the case leaves the active map. Your information is kept, not deleted.
How do I print a poster?
Open a case and tap the printer icon. PetSignal builds a missing-pet flyer, including the last-seen map, ready to print or share.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account, then Delete account. See our account deletion page for what is removed.
Where are my photos stored?
If you sign in with Google, photos go to your own Google Drive. If you sign in with Apple, photos are stored on our image host. We keep only a link to each photo. See the privacy policy for details.
